Two Macedonian shorts “Face” and “The End of the World” have entered the official international competition for short fiction films at the 2012 Ismailia International Festival for Documentary and Short Films.
Jani Bojadzi’s “The End of the World” tells the story of a father and son who after encountering a strange golden cable decide to cut it – unaware that the cable powers the Sun and the Moon.
Stefan Sidovski’s “Face” is a heartwarming story about a humble mother, who fights, survives and endures each and every blow life throws her way, struggling to maintain the family, to feed it, to provide her children with a decent life.
Ismailia International Festival for Documentary and Short Films starts tomorrow and lasts until June 28 in Egypt.
