LIM | Less is More 2019: Deadline for sending projects ends on October 31st

LIM | Less is More, the European development programme for limited budget feature films, launched its third call for projects after the success of its two previous years. In 2017, the selection process involved 65 countries. The deadline for applying ends on 31st October 2018.

Who can apply
Filmmakers (writer-directors or writer + director) from Europe and beyond, already known either for their short films or first features, wanting to work through the prism of limited budget feature film production.
Open to 1st, 2nd and 3rd feature film projects, as well as to artists coming from theatre, documentary and visual arts, who apply with a project at an early stage of development.

LIM’s content
Three one-week residential workshops in three European countries between March and October 2019.
Every filmmaker will benefit from a follow up by four script-consultants (combining their know-how for each project through the year) as well as expertise by experienced European producers. In addition to actual script development sessions, LIM organises an Industry Meeting in Cluj-Napoca (Romania) during the Transilvania International Film Festival, allowing for all projects selected the opportunity to meet potential producers or coproducers as well as financial partners.
