“The Witch Hunters” entered the official selection at 2019 Sundance Film Festival

The feature film “Witch Hunters” joins the documentary film “Honeyland” in the official programme of 2019 Sundance film festival. The film is selected in the category “Children”. The screening also doubles as the American premiere of the film.

Sundance Film Festival, which exists since 1981, was founded by Robert Redford. This year’s edition will be held Jan 24 – Feb 3, 2019 is one of the most prestigious film festivals dedicated to the independent film.

The 2019 edition enlists 112 feature-length films from 33 countries out of which 45 films are debut films.

“WITCH HUNTERS” is a minority co-production between Serbia and Macedonia, a beautiful family story, with a genre that is somewhere between the lines of adventure, science fiction and family drama.

The film is directed by Raško Miljkovic, produced by Action Production – Serbia and is co-produced by Dream Factory – Macedonia.

The film was supported by Film Center-Serbia, Creative Europe MEDIA sub-programme, the Macedonian Film Agency, Ministry of  Education of the Republic of Serbia, and the city of Belgrade.
